Return policy
Please make sure to return the goods to us within 14 days of delivery. We recommend using registered and insured mail for returns, although you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it as quickly as possible, and in any case, within fourteen (14) days of receiving the original order back. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping costs.
You are legally required to take reasonable care of the product(s) while they are in your possession. If you fail to do so, we may have the right to seek compensation from you. Please be aware that this does not impact your legal rights.

Condition of returns
Products must be returned in their original packaging, with the brand tags still attached, and the item should show no signs of wear.
Shoe boxes should remain undamaged, as they are considered part of the product.
If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods, we reserve the right to deny a refund and return the items to you at your expense.
Required documents
Please make sure that your return package includes the order slip. Not including it may cause a delay in processing your return.
The security tag must remain intact and not be removed in order to qualify for an exchange or refund when returning any item.
Return defective goods
If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will inspect the returned items and notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable timeframe.
We will process your refund as quickly as possible, and in any case, within thirty (30) days from the date we confirm via email that you are entitled to a refund for the defective goods.
Return and refund exceptions
The return and refund policy does not apply to items that were discounted due to defects or pre-loved items.
Custom-made carpets, made at the customer's request, cannot be returned nor refunded.
Products that have been specially sourced by our personal shopping team just for you can not be returned nor refunded.

Security Seal
Please ensure the security seal remains intact until you are satisfied with your order. We reserve the right to assess the condition of any product you wish to return and may apply deductions if there are signs that the product, its tags, security devices, or seals have been used, removed, damaged, or tampered with.

Overly frequent returns
Exchanges and refunds are provided to ensure customer satisfaction with their purchases. However, customers who return items excessively may have their returns refused at our discretion, and future orders may be declined.
